This was a costly place to park at night
$40 was the fine - It looked an okay place to park in Auckland City. At 1 pm the parking warden was still there - to observe my reaction! He had given me a ticket at 10.30pm.. So what was he doing for 2.5 hours! I bet his name was DICK
